Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AI Musical, an AI music generator designed to help you create unique, professional-quality music in seconds with no musical experience required. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

AI Musical provides users with a platform to generate, customize, and download AI-created music using our advanced artificial intelligence technology. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

AI Musical is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno, Inc. or any other AI music company. "Suno" and other third-party names and trademarks that may appear on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.

• The AI Musical website, software and brand are operated by sunoaimusical.com. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our permission.
• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology that powers the service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of sunoaimusical.com and of any third parties.
• While we do not claim ownership of the music you generate, we reserve the right to use the text prompts and descriptions you provide to improve our service.

Your Content and Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, audio, images and other material you upload or enter ("Your Content"), and for how you use the music you generate.

• You must only upload or enter content that you own or have permission to use.
• You must not use the service to create, upload or distribute content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, including imitating a real person's voice or identity without their consent.
• We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that infringe the rights of others. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Copyright and Trademark Complaints

If you believe that content on AI Musical infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, please email support@sunoaimusical.com with:

1. your name and contact details;
2. a description of the work or trademark you believe is infringed;
3. the URL or other details that let us find the content;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for them.

We reply within 3 business days and remove or disable access to infringing content when appropriate.

Music Usage Rights

1. Ownership of Generated Music: The music created using AI Musical is provided to you with a full license for personal and commercial use.

2. License Grant: We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, and display the music generated through our service.

3. No Attribution Required: You are not required to credit AI Musical when using the generated music in your projects or content.

4. Limitations: You may not claim copyright ownership of the AI-generated music as your original composition in a way that prevents others from creating similar content independently.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using AI Musical:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary technology
• Reselling or redistributing access to our AI music generation system without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features or usage limits of the service
• Creating or uploading content that infringes the intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights of others
• Creating music with content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

Privacy and Data Collection

AI Musical collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Usage Details: Data related to your activity and music creation on our service
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
• Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service
• Payment and Billing Information: Data necessary to process payments and manage credits

Pricing and Credits System

• AI Musical operates on a credits system for music generation
• All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Prices and credit allocations are subject to change with notice to users
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
• Free credits expire according to terms specified at the time they are issued
• Each music generation (new song, cover or extension) uses 1 credit and creates 2 songs
• Writing lyrics with AI uses 1 credit per request (2–3 versions), refunded if it fails. The first song you make from those lyrics doesn't use another credit
• Subscriber features cost more: a Soundtrack (music for your video or photos, 2 versions) uses 5 credits and splitting a song into 12 stems uses 20 credits. Both are refunded if they fail
• Yearly plans purchased from October 12, 2026 receive their credits in monthly installments rather than all at once
• Plans with unlimited credits (no longer sold) are subject to fair use. From October 18, 2026, each such account can make up to 600 music generations (about 1,200 songs) in any rolling 30-day period, the same monthly allowance as the Pro plan, for the rest of its subscription term. Failed generations don't count. From October 29, 2026, a Soundtrack counts as 5 generations and a 12-stem split as 20, the credits they cost on other plans. When the limit is reached, generation becomes available again as earlier generations pass 30 days. Credit packs don't raise this limit

Subscriptions, Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscription plans (weekly, monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel
• A free trial turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops renewal and you won't be charged again. A plan paid by card stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; a free trial, and a plan paid through PayPal, end when you cancel
• Buying a different plan replaces your current card plan. The new plan starts right away; the current one stops renewing and stays active until the end of its paid period. A plan paid through PayPal keeps renewing until you cancel it
• Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your card or bank statement as "NEXUSTOOLSHUBUK LTD", the company that operates AI Musical
• If you think you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, write to support@sunoaimusical.com and we will look into it and correct it

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the music generated through our service for any particular purpose, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sunoaimusical.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service or the music generated through it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sunoaimusical.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sunoaimusical.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
